- Helped a freelance New Business Manager create a system for researching new business contacts. Provided resources and methods for creating lists and acquiring contact information for people in small, private companies.
- A Communications Firm looking to expand into new categories wanted to explore the brewing industry and local brewers. Investigated the craft brew industry, identified key players and provided insight into the regional microbrewing scene .
- Compiled insights and trends focused on consumers' desires for service and unique life experiences for a Design Firm concepting a new product.
